Problem: Vcommerce was required by an external trading partner to process 10,000 messages a minute. The current business process could only handle 1,200 messages within a minute.

Solution: SIA analyzed Vcommerce’s existing business process architecture and system tuning. The process was re-architected and tuned to meet their trading partner’s metrics. SIA’s solution reduced the business process from over 2,000 to fewer than 100 steps. The new process even blew away the requirement and processed 25,000 messages in under a minute.

Problem: Tommy Hilfiger needed to integrate its many complex retail processes using Sterling Integrator. The environment’s multiple internal retail systems and external trading partners used different communication protocols requiring a custom framework solution.

Solution: SIA developed a successful framework that contained template business processes designed for reusability and interoperability. SIA successfully integrated SAP into their internal systems resulting in reduced processing times and increased efficiency.
